Similar to auto and homeowner’s insurance purchases, necessary services are sometimes covered, and sometimes not. It is your responsibility to know what coverage you have purchased, and the rules to ensure maximum coverage.

Your health benefit plan is an arrangement between you and the enrollee, and the insurance company or your employer. Your coverage is based on what was purchased either by you or by your employer.  Should you have questions about your coverage, we will do our best to help you understand or direct you to the appropriate resource.  While we will assist you, please remember it is the patient’s responsibility to know and understand your coverage and benefits.

For insurance plans with which we participate, we will seek to obtain verification of your eligibility. However, even when coverage, benefits, and eligibility are verified, your insurance plan will not guarantee the accuracy of their confirmation.
